The Psychology and Social Work Clinic at Ohio University offers group sessions on coping with Stress & Anxiety from COVID-19.
These virtual, skills-based group sessions help participants learn how to deal with stress, anxiety, loneliness, and distress related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Separate groups are available for Ohio University students and community members.
These services are offered by trained professional at the Psychology and Social Work Clinic.
