The Food Studies theme presents a veggie sale on Friday, May 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Ohio University Plant Biology Learning Gardens on W. State St.
Regular Friday markets are planned from 4 – 6 p.m. on Friday evenings.
“If Fridays don’t work, you may stop by the farm from 10 a.m. to noon on week days to buy veggies. Interns will be there to assist you in harvesting what you’d like,” notes Kelsey Bryant. For more information or would like to arrange another time to order, contact her at kb578415@ohio.edu.
Proceeds from the sale help to fund summer internships for OHIO students interested in learning about local food systems.
