The Ohio Supercomputer Center, located on Ohio State’s west campus, holds its Statewide Users Group conference from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 5.
The poster and flash talk registration deadline is noon, March 5. General registration ends at noon on March 26. Register online.
The purposes of the SUG conference are to foster connections, update OSC’s user base on OSC’s direction, highlight new scientific developments produced using OSC resources, and obtain constructive feedback as to the future of OSC and our role in supporting science across Ohio.
Andrew Sigel, director of application development at Argonne National Laboratory, is the keynote speaker. OSC Help will be present to answer questions throughout the day, in order to enable interactions between the current/potential OSC clients and OSC staff. Also, OSC staff will be discussing the new hardware purchase. Free lunch and afternoon appetizers will be provided.
