As you’re crafting those perfect fall schedules, consider your personality and preferences.
Not an early bird? Try to schedule classes that begin later in the morning so you’re not jumping out of bed five minutes before class. Giving yourself at least half an hour is ideal.
Have a tendency to procrastinate? Schedule an hour between classes so you can finish up reading and homework assignments. The same plan can be used for those of you who like to study strategically, and that hour can be used to go over notes directly after class, which helps to retain knowledge.
Some other things to keep in mind when scheduling are eating and medication schedules, whether you will be working, student organization meetings, etc. There are many pieces to the puzzle, but considering how you operate and all of your prior obligations will make the process go more smoothly.
