Dr. Paul Patton discusses “Chenopodium Berlandieri: How a Prehistoric Appalachian Food May Hold Answers to Regional Food Insecurity” as part of the CE3 Brownbag Lunch Series on Feb. 12, at noon at The Ridges, Building 22, Room 221.
The series is hosted by the Consortium for Energy, Economics & the Environment and the Environmental Studies Program. Patton is Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Ohio University.

Come to hear fantastic people talk about their really cool projects that are in some way related to the environment – we hear from faculty, staff and students at Ohio University, alumni, professionals in the field, etc. It’s a casual atmosphere where questions and discussion are encouraged,” says Elissa Welch, Project Manager of the Ohio University Voinovich School’s CE3.
