The Food For Thought Speakers Series presents Dr. Art Trese and Dr. Theresa Moran on “Food in Cuba: Policy and Practices” on Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. in the Friends of the Library Room, Alden 319. Moran and Trese recently traveled to Cuba with the Office of Global Opportunities and other OU faculty to investigate establishing study abroad programs in Cuba.
Event is free and open to the public. A reception follows.
