  • Tuesday, April 12 – Dr. Rachel Terman (Sociology), “Hillbilly Women, Affrilachians, and Queer Mountaineers: Belonging and Mobility among Young Adults in Appalachia,” 1:30-2:50 p.m. in Alden 319

Wealth & Poverty Day of Service

  • Jan. 11-31 – School Supply Drive for Coolville Elementary School (co-organized with the Ohio University MLK celebration committee)
  • April – Medical Supply Drive for patients in Peru and in Appalachia (co-organized with Ohio University Heritage College of Medicine)
