Zawadzki is a Ph.D. student in the Applied Linguistics and Technology program at Iowa State University. She is also an Ohio University alumna, having earned an M.A. in Linguistics in 2019 as well as a bachelor’s degree, doubling majoring in French and Linguistics in 2016.
Abstract: This presentation will discuss university students’ perspectives in a composition course during the emergency period and proposes guidance on how to design a ‘student-friendly’ online learning environment, including students’ recommendations for improvement.
