The Psychology and Social Work Clinic at Ohio University offers one-on-one sessions on “Coping with Stress & Anxiety from COVID-19.”
These sessions with trained professionals can be teen-focused and or adult-focused. They include one virtual session plus daily skills practice using a mobile app.
Participants will learn skills to deal with anxiety and stress related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To participate:
- Must be located in Ohio.
- Internet access needed.
