The Times of London did a video interview with Dr. Glenn Dutcher for a Facebook video titled “Q&A: Are we more productive when working from home?“
Research conducted by Dr. Glenn Dutcher, now an assistant professor at Ohio University, suggested that in some ways, we’re less efficient when working from home.
“In one of my first studies, I was interested in trying to understand if the location that individuals were in affected their productivity on two kinds of tasks. Specifically I was interested in the productivity for boring tasks, routine tasks or more productivity on more creative tasks, thinking outside the box tasks,” Dutcher said.
Dutcher is Assistant Professor of Economics at Ohio University.
