During this quarantine, I have found myself with more free time on my hands than normal. One thing I have done to pass some time is look up new recipes to try. The most recent one I’ve tried is whipped coffee, and it was very simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 TBS of instant coffee
- 2 TBS of sugar
- 2 TBS of hot water
- 1/2 a glass of milk with ice
Directions:
- Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to mix until it turns light brown and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
- Add the whipped coffee on top of the milk, mix and enjoy.
