A film screening of “The Judge” is free and open to the public on Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 5 p.m. in Bentley 124.
The documentary features Kholoud al-Faqih, the first female Sharia (Islamic law) judge in Palestine, who is appointed to a court in Ramallah in the West Bank. To learn more about the film, watch the trailer and read a review.
