Alumni News | Chenault Named Full Professor at Salem State

Dr. Tiffany Gayle Chenault was appointed a full professor at Salem State University, reports Diverse Issues in Higher Education.

She is chair of the Sociology Department at Salem State.

“Most recently, she worked as a department chair, associate professor and coordinator for the African-American Studies minor. Chenault earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Ohio University and a master’s degree and Ph.D. both in sociology from Virginia Tech,” said the report.
