An Ohio University Sleep and Cognition Study is seeking participants who are 50 years of age or older and who are concerned about their sleep or cognitive abilities.
“You may be interested in participating in a study that will examine how sleep affects cognitive abilities in older adults,” says Dr. Julie Suhr, Professor of Psychology and Director of Clinical Training.
“If you participate, you will complete several self-report measures examining sleep habits, medical and psychological history, and your perceptions of your cognitive abilities. You will also complete a brief battery of cognitive tests. The entire study should take about two hours to complete.
“In exchange for participating, you will receive free clinical feedback about your performance on the cognitive tests,” Suhr added.
For more information or to schedule a time to participate contact Suhr at 740-593-0910, or suhr@ohio.edu.
