Camp BOOST 2018, a three-week summer camp at Ohio University, is looking for rising first- through seventh-grade students.
The camp, which runs Monday-Friday, July 23 to Aug. 10, helps students get a jump start on the school year while providing a fun, social, and recreational environment.
“We are looking for all children between the ages of 6-12 years, but we will reserve openings for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD),” says Dr. Brian Wymbs, Assistant Professor of Psychology at Ohio University. The camp is sponsored through the Center for Intervention Research in Schools.
About Camp Boost:
- Weekly optional parent workshops will be offered to caregivers of campers.
- Cost is $70 per week.
- Attendance is expected for all 3 weeks.
- Camp dates: Monday-Friday, July 23 to Aug. 10
- Camp hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
