Food Studies Featured in OHIO Today Magazine

The Food Studies theme had the honor of being featured in the Winter 2018 issue of the OHIO Today alumni magazine.

The article features interviews with Food Studies core faculty, including director Dr. Theresa Moran, and students such as Jack Demain and Joy Kostansek.

The author, Mary Reed, has painted a beautiful image of the mission and initiatives of the program, including how it has inspired students to think critically about their food.
