Ohio University alum Alicia Passerin ’93M.S., ’97Ph.D. is a partner and member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups at the law firm Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC in Pittsburgh.
She earned an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the College of Arts & Sciences at OHIO. She earned a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
“She focuses her practice on patent prosecution, protection of trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, licensing, opinions and litigation,” according to her LinkedIn profile. “Alicia’s multi-disciplinary background provides her with the ability to counsel clients in the life sciences and in the biotechnical, mechanical, chemical, and software engineering fields.”
