A nonprofit organization chartered by Congress, ACS is at the forefront of the evolving worldwide chemistry enterprise and the premier professional home for chemists, chemical engineers and related professions around the globe.
The purpose of the program is three-fold: to provide students with a meaningful, hands-on work experience (and potentially to earn college credits), develop a pool of talent for future employment opportunities with the ACS, and provide its business units the opportunity to complete projects and develop talent.
