Ohio University’s undergraduate orientation program is hiring talented, dedicated, and enthusiastic undergraduate students from all undergraduate colleges to work with Bobcat Student Orientation.
Orientation leaders welcome approximately 4,200 new students and their families to Ohio University each year. The primary focus of the orientation program is to make students and their families feel welcomed to the university, comfortable in their transition, confident in their fall semester schedule and leave with a friend.
All applicants must have sophomore status (30 hours earned post high school) at the time of application and have spent one year on the Athens Campus. First-year students will not be considered for this position. Students who are graduating spring semester but returning to Ohio University or another institution for graduate school in the fall are welcome to apply, if they can attend all the required dates. Graduate students will not be considered for these positions.
The application deadline is January 29 at 5 p.m.
