The core intro class of the Food Studies program, Food Matters! Explorations in Food Across the Liberal Arts, has been changed from CAS 1410 to CAS 2411. This course is taught by a team of professors from the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences, and encourages students to critically examine food as an aspect of their lives which is, at the same time, deeply personal, public, and political. CAS 2411 is a great addition to any spring schedule and will be offered Tuesday/Thursday from 12:00-1:20 p.m.
