OHIO First Scholars is a program at Ohio University that supports first-generation college students.
“If you are interested, there are many ways for you to be involved, whether you were first-gen or not!” noted Bob Frank, Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.
“I was the first in my family to go to college, and I’m looking forward to mentoring a first-gen student this year. I encourage anyone who might be interested to join others in our college in this important endeavor,” he added.
