NEW LOCATION/TIME: Ohio University’s Creative Writing program hosts Visiting Fiction Writer Rachel B. Glaser On Thursday, Feb. 16, for a 8:00 p.m. reading at Athens Public Library (30 Home Street).
A reception follows the event, which is free and open to the public.
Glaser has published several books, including her debut novel Paulina & Fran (2015), a book of poetry, MOODS, and Pee On Water, a collection of short stories. In 2013, Glaser won the McSweeney’s Amanda Davis Fiction Award.
After studying painting at Rhode Island School of Design, Glaser, also a visual artist, studied fiction at the UMass-Amherst MFA Program. She teaches creative writing at Flying Object, in Hadley, MA.
