Grad checks are a great tool to be sure that you are on track to graduate.
Transfer students can often come in to Ohio University with a good number of credits. With a goal of graduation in mind and trying to stay on track, it is ideal that once a student hits junior status to come in for a graduation check. During this, a general advisor will go through the DARS with the student and can review progress. Each requirement is reviewed, including GPA. This can assist students in staying on track, fulfilling requirements, and can also assist in scheduling for upcoming semesters. Grad checks can be done by appointment or during walk in hours in Wilson Hall on College Green. To schedule, please call: 740-593-2845. Walk in hours are on Wednesdays from 9a-11a and 1p-4p, and on Thursdays from 1p-4p.
