Come learn more about the Food in Cuba: Policy and Practice Spring Break experience at the info session on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m. in Baker 233. Ask questions about the trip itself, application process, and scholarship opportunities.
Students can earn a total of 3 credits, choosing one course from the following:
- T3 4414 The True Value of Food
- CAS 1410 Food Matters!: Explorations in Food Across the Liberal Arts
- PBIO 4900 Special Topics in Environmental and Plant Biology
- PBIO 2900 Special Topics in Environmental and Plant Biology
Food in Cuba is just one of the four amazing study abroad opportunities that the Food Studies theme and the Office of Global Opportunities are offering in 2017. There are also Food Justice in Athens, OH, Ireland: Food, Hunger and Inequality, and Italy: Food in Sicily.
