The English Language Improvement Program offers an online Summer 2016 course designed to help graduate students become more adept at academic writing.
This course is open to every graduate student at Ohio University. It is perfect for those not on the Athens campus in the summer or who have a busy schedule.

- Writing a critique, annotated bibliography, and literature review or research paper
- Organizing, revising, and proofreading
- Using sources effectively and avoiding plagiarism
This online course helps students develop skills to become successful writers in their academic and past-academic career. It uses videos, discussion boards, blogs, readings, and virtual group meetings to increase interaction and increased instructor feedback. Course registration includes access to online tutoring through the ELIP Graduate Writing Lab.
