Ohio University alum John S. Zollo has been elected partner at Barclay Damon, reports the Business Journal News Network.
Zollo earned an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the College of Arts & Sciences at Ohio University.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Barclay Damon, LLP announced the promotion of John S. Zollo to partner.
Zollo works in the law firm’s Syracuse office and is a member of the Labor & Employment practice area.
His practice includes all areas of employee-benefits law, including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred-compensation plans, health and welfare plans, plan investigations, and correction programs. A significant portion of Zollo’s practice is devoted to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) including ESOP transactions, compliance, and fiduciary counseling….
Zollo is a graduate Columbia University and received a master’s degree in psychology from Ohio University and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
