If you’ve noticed that you are feeling down, less productive, or just not yourself, you may be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a real thing that affects many of us and can impact everyday life, such as going to class, studying, socializing, and maintaining good personal habits.

If you’re feeling down, try to expose yourself to more light, get outside (even on cold days), exercise, socialize, or take a trip.

Talking things through is also highly effective, so be sure to check out Counseling and Psychological Services. They also offer Light Box Therapy to expose you to those good rays that will help lift your mood.
