Through the Office of Global Opportunities, the Food Studies Theme is taking a group of students to Sicily for a 3-week program traveling around one of Italy’s treasures to experience the vibrant food culture of Sicily.
Program dates are June 4-June 25, 2016. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until Feb. 16.
Students choose 1 course from each of the following groups for a total of 2 classes (6 credits):
- Group 1: ENG 3080J & ENG 3850
- Group 2: LING 2750, LING 3880, LING 4990 & LING 5880
