Ohio University alum Kristi Fickert ’99 has been named vice president of marketing & training by 30 Lines.
Fickert majored in Public Administration/Political Science at Ohio University.
In this newly created position, she will drive all sales, marketing and training initiatives, and she will act as the agency’s brand ambassador, connecting clients and companies with effective and meaningful solutions to build their online presence, reports Multi-Housing News.
Fickert brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience to 30 Lines.
Prior to joining 30 Lines, Fickert served as senior marketing director at Village Green Companies, where she oversaw marketing efforts for a portfolio of nearly 30 communities. Much of her focus was on marketing new construction/lease up and renovation, as well as repositioned apartment assets.
An Ohio University alum, Fickert has served as an instructor for the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus Apartment Associations, and has been a panelist for a variety of local and national marketing panels. In addition, she has been a featured speaker for the Cincinnati Reds, Urban Land Institute, and Commercial Real Estate Women.
