Have you considered studying abroad? If so, set an appointment with the Office of Global Opportunities today!
Global Opportunities will help you find a program that suits your interest and academic requirements. Once you have found a program of interest and receive approval, have your courses equated to ensure that they transfer in to Ohio University.
Be aware that foreign language courses may require more approval. Bring any course descriptions and syllabi available to your appointment in the Undergraduate Student Affairs Office. This allows time for your classes to be equated before you leave, so that you know how the credits will transfer to Ohio University.
It is also important to start this process sooner rather than later; the steps in the Foreign Studies checklist may take a while to complete. Completing these steps and having everything in order before you leave will make your time studying abroad even more enjoyable.
