Did you know that the recommended time frame to begin studying for an exam is actually two to three weeks in advance?
Some students assume that studying the day before, aka “procrastination”, will lead them to greatness. However, I’m sure you’ve heard the exact opposite from your instructors and advisers.
The best thing to do is plot out study times for each exam, breaking up the material you need to cover in manageable segments and studying each segment for about two hours at a time. This way you do not feel overwhelmed and actually retain the information. Having a plan in place allows you time to prepare and will leave you feeling much less stressed out!!
