Graduate student Sarah Minor won first place in Hotel Amerika’s TransGenre Writing Contest for her essay “Nest.”

Minor is a doctoral student in the Creative Writing nonfiction program in the English Department at Ohio University.
Her work will be published in Hotel Amerika Volume 14, coming Winter 2016.
