The College of Arts & Sciences welcomes Patti Malloy to the Department of Geography as an Administrative Specialist.

“I am very happy to join the Geography Department, says Malloy. “I have worked at Ohio University for almost seven years now (most recently with the Center for International Studies), and I have enjoyed every year that I’ve been here. I grew up in the small town of Glouster but have lived in Shade for the past 29 years. Shade is also another small town just outside of Athens and it is a very nice little town to live in.”
In her spare time and on the weekends, Malloy enjoys reading and spending time with my friends and family, “especially my two little grandsons. They are such a joy to be around! In the summer I enjoy traveling with friends and family to the beach- usually in Virginia and South Carolina.” Malloy is pursuing on a bachelor’s degree in business.
Malloy was named Classified Employee of the Month in August 2013.
