The Ohio University History Department presents the 18th Annual Lazaroff Lecture—”Collaboration and Justice: The Prosecution of Nazi War Criminals from the Soviet Union” by Dr. Martin Dean—on Tuesday, April 14, at 7 p.m. in the Nelson Commons.
A reception precedes the lecture at 6:30 p.m. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Dean is Applied Research Scholar at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Among other publications, he is the author of Collaboration in the Holocaust: Crimes of the Local Police in Belorussia and Ukraine, 1941-44 (Palgrave, 2003)
