Abstract: As humans we have amazing potential…and do amazing things. That said, how often do you really think about HOW you learn and how you might be able to learn even better? Research has given us many clues as to how better to prepare our brains for learning and then ways to help that information to stick. In this session, we will play around with many of the concepts pertaining to improving memory, understanding how people learn, and even the benefits of forgetting. This is not a “memory tricks” session; it is a journey into thinking about thinking and thinking about remembering.
