Ohio University alum Michael D. Rice ’07, ’08M has joined the firm Dungan & LeFevre Co., L.P.A. as an associate attorney, reports the Sidney Daily News.
Rice earned a B.A. in Political Science-Public Administration and a Master of Public Administration from the College of Arts & Sciences at Ohio University.
He will be working in the firm’s Piqua office and will concentrate his practice in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Domestic Relations and Criminal Law.
Prior to joining Dungan & LeFevre, Rice was staff attorney to Judge Dennis J. Langer at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Rice is a graduate of Ohio University (B.A., Public Administration in 2007 and M.P.A. in 2008) and received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012. He is admitted to the bars of the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Rice resides in Dayton with his wife, Cassandra.
