Ohio University alum Jeffrey Turiczek ’89 is the new executive director at Right Step’s drub rehabilitation program in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Right Step is a Texas network of substance abuse treatment centers.
Turiczek earned a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Arts & Sciences at Ohio University.
In his new position as Executive Director at Right Step Dallas/Fort Worth, Jeff Turiczek is responsible for administrative direction and oversight, ensuring that Right Step meets the highest standards of care.
Turiczek’s career in behavioral health care has included being the CEO of several psychiatric hospitals as well as the administrator overseeing large systems of care with multiple facilities. In his last position he was the director of operations for an organization with 23 facilities in Florida. Turiczek obtained his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Ohio University and his master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, Maitland Campus.
“I’m extremely pleased to be at Right Step DFW,” Turiczek said in a news release. “From a technical perspective, I am a systems and data driven leader. I want to do more than believe we provide great care; I want to be able to demonstrate it. That persistence for excellence is something that I believe separates us from others in the field. And I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to join a treatment center that shares those values.”
