Marietta Times: Philosophy Alum Dies at 87

William Edward English, 87, of Marietta, died Thursday, July 24, 2014, at Cleveland Clinic, according to a July 26 Marietta Times obituary.

“Dr. English had received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Ohio University. He had worked as an assistant superintendent for Marietta City Schools and had been Educational Management Consultant for Ohio University in Lesotho, South Africa. He enjoyed farming and being in the country, playing piano and loved his family.”
