Dr. Richard Vedder, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Economics at Ohio University, was quoted in a CNN news story, picked up around the country, about the University of California system increasing its out-of-state and international enrollment and cutting back slots for California residents.
“All of these schools have political pressure to make room for domestic students,” said Richard Vedder, director at the Center for College Affordability and Productivity and an economist at Ohio University.
