The Davidson County, NC, Dispatch reports that Ohio University alum Matthew Rusnak ’03 has been named Vice President, Director of Compensation at the Bank of North Carolina. Rusnak minored in Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences.
In his role, he will have responsibility for leading the evaluation, design and management of the bank’s compensation and performance management programs.
Rusnak graduated from Ohio University with a degree in finance and minor in economics. He has a background orchestrating total compensation reviews, tracking salary and wage expenses, and developing incentive plans. Previously, Rusnak was employed by Bank of America.
