The Summer Business Institute offered by the Ohio University College of Business is an intense seven-week session where non-business students can complement their degree with a strong foundation in the principles of business.
The program assumes no prior knowledge of business topics and is intended to make business learning interesting and understandable.
It takes place during the first summer session from May 12 through June 28, Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m.
The curriculum includes:
- Accounting 2900 (class #6413): Intro to Business Accounting
- Marketing 2020 (class #6400): Marketing Principles
- Management 2000 (class #1671): Introduction to Management
- BA2900 (class #6467): Applied group project
