The Lazaroff Fund in the College of Arts & Sciences is offering a $750 scholarship to two Ohio University History majors to be used toward the Tel Aviv: Cultural and Political Intersections Summer Study Abroad program.
The program runs from June 5 – July 10, 2014, and is an exciting opportunity to learn about the rich history, culture, and religions of Israel and the Middle East. The application can be found here, and additional summer abroad funding opportunities here. The first two History majors to submit an application and be accepted to the program will receive this funding. The application deadline is fast approaching.
In addition, the Levinson Fund in the Division of Student Affairs is offering the first seven students who apply and get accepted a $500 scholarship! There are still three of these scholarships available, so don’t delay. History majors could receive $1,250 in funding.
