The 20th anniversary Philosophy Forum presents a public lecture by Dr. Philip Kitcher on “Pragmatism and Truth” on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 4:30 p.m. in Scripps Hall 111.
The Forum brings in world-class philosophers for three days of seminars as well as the public kick-off lecture. It is one of the longest running philosophy lecture series in the country.
Kitcher is the John Dewey Professor of Philosophy at Columbia University. He is the author of more than 15 books, most recently:
