Governor John Kasich has appointed Ohio University alum Scott R. Williams ’92 and ’95MPA, to the Shawnee State University Board of Trustees for a nine-year term. Williams is from Dublin, OH. Community Common reports:
Williams is director of governmental affairs with the Ohio Association of Realtors, a position he has held for the past ten years. A native of Adams County, Williams says that he is looking forward to being a part of the future of Shawnee State University.
“Being from this region, I know what Shawnee State University means to the people here and to our communities,” Williams said. “I hope to be able to bring some value to the institution moving forward.”
Williams is a graduate of Ohio University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration with specialization in Policy and Fiscal Analysis.
